The seller confirmed to me via messaging that the item which he is selling will start my car's engine immediately without any further programming whereas when my mechanic installed it on my car, he told me that a further EUR 150 expense is required to program the item locally. In view of this I have asked the seller to go on a 50/50 reimbursement as he sold an item which was not as he described causing me unneccessary expenses but he did not agree.
